We are excited to welcome some new coaches to our coaching team!
Crystal joined the club at the end of 2022 and will be working with gymnasts level 4 and up in our WAG program. Crystal brings her experience as a coach over a number of years to Eureka. We are delighted to have her on board!
Also working with junior athletes in the WAG program, Jen will be working in conjunction with Caroline with the WAG pre-squad and level 3 girls. Sophie will be assisting Caroline and Jen. Sophie finished competing at the end of 2022, and in addition to working in WAG Sophie will be coaching Gymstar classes.
Finally, we are pleased to officially welcome Regan to the coaching team. Regan was working in the Gymstar program at the end of 2022. She’s now completed her Beginner coaching course and will continue to work in Gymstar this year.
Sadly, we also bid farewell to two of our coaches Amelia and Sarah. Both of them have left coaching to take up positions in the medical field. Eureka would like to sincerely thank Amelia and Sarah for their work over many years. Amelia worked with our Gymstar program initially, before working with the junior WAG girls in 2022. Sarah coached gymnasts in Gymstar and Under 5s for more than five years.
