Welcome back to a new year of gymnastics!

Welcome back to another year of gymnastics at Eureka! We hope you had a wonderful holiday and are ready to start the new term with enthusiasm and energy. We have some exciting news and updates to share with you, so read on to find out more.

New lesson plans for Gymstar level 5 and 6

We are happy to announce that we have revised our lesson plans for Gymstar levels 5 and 6. So, instead of teaching all the skills in one term, we will now split them into two terms. This will allow more time to practise and get feedback on each skill. This way, the gymnasts will be able to master the skills with confidence and consistency, and prepare for the assessments at the end of each term. We believe this change will benefit both the gymnasts and the coaches, and we look forward to seeing the results.

Introducing Gymstar Competitive level 5

For those who are looking for a more challenging and rewarding experience, we are introducing Gymstar Competitive level 5 this year. This is a new level that combines the skills and routines of Gymstar level 5 with the rules and regulations of competitive gymnastics. Gymnasts who choose this level will have the opportunity to compete in local and regional events, and represent our club with pride and passion. If you are interested in joining this level, please talk to your coach or contact us for more information.

Gymstar, Under 5s and Competitive Gymstar classes start on Monday 29th January

We are eager to welcome back our Gymstar, Under 5s and Competitive Gymstar gymnasts on Monday 29th January. Please remember to bring your water bottle and wear appropriate clothing to your first training session! We hope you are as excited as we are to start the new term.

WAG level 8-10 gymnasts start competitions in February

Our WAG level 8-10 gymnasts will compete in the first competition of the year on the 25th of February. This is a great opportunity for them to showcase their skills and talents, and to challenge themselves against gymnasts from other clubs. Please join us in wishing them good luck and supporting them on the day!

We are looking forward to seeing you all soon and having a fantastic year of gymnastics. Thank you for being part of our club and our community!
