We are thrilled to announce that our Gymstar and Under 5s classes will resume on the 27th of January. We can’t wait to welcome all our young gymnasts back for another exciting year of fun and fitness.

With the summer heat in full swing, we want to remind everyone to stay hydrated. Please remember to bring a drink bottle containing water only to each class. Keeping hydrated is essential to perform at your best and stay healthy during training.
