We are very happy to let everyone know that we are re-opening again. Classes for Gymstar and Under 5s will resume from the week starting the 11th of October. Contact us or request a class through the Parent Portal to get into gymnastics in term 4!
Current restrictions
We are opening up again under RED level restrictions, as per our COVIDSafe Handbook.
There is a limit of ten people in the building currently (excluding staff members). Because of this, we are not able to run as many classes as we were running prior to this current lockdown. However, we have tried to fit as many classes in as possible with MAG and WAG classes running on significantly reduced hours.
Because of the restriction on numbers, we have shortened Gymstar 5 and Gymstar 6-10 classes to one hour. At this stage, we expect restrictions to change to allow us to have more people in the building at the end of October. So, we hope that these classes will return to two-hour classes at that point.
Check-in is required
Anyone who comes into the building must check in using the Service Victoria app. This includes gymnasts attending classes, staff members and parents of gymnasts in Under 5s classes.
You can check-in by scanning the QR code post around the building. Alternately, after tapping the Check In button, tap Check-in manually at the bottom of the screen. Enter the location code of 3YP ND8. You do not need to enter this number if you have scanned the QR code.
Once you have checked in, you can save the location as a favourite. Once you have done this, you can check in by just tapping the location on the starting screen of the Service Victoria app.
Spectators
Sadly, spectators are not permitted for Gymstar, MAG or WAG classes. One parent or guardian is permitted for gymnasts in Under 5s classes. We have decided not to run TumbleFun classes at this time.
Parking
When parking at the club, please park in the marked places on the eastern side of the building, or in front of the building. Do not park in front of the main entrance; this door must be kept clear as it is an emergency exit. Do not park in front of the roller door or in the marked places in front of the staff door, as these are for staff only. Lastly, please do not park by straddling the kerb in front of the building across the road as this is being rented by a different business.

Drop off and pick up
When dropping your child off for class, please park in a marked area. Please do not stop in front of the roller door, or behind staff car parks.
