Term 2 is nearly over, and winter has arrived! Please read through the June 2022 update to make sure you are up to date with what is going on at Eureka.
Queen’s Birthday Public Holiday
Just a quick reminder that Monday 13th June is a public holiday, so there will be no classes running that day. There are classes running as normal on Saturday 11th June.
July School Holidays
The last day of Gymstar and Under 5s classes for term 2 is Saturday 25th June. These programs will resume in term 3, from Monday 11th July. Remember, if you haven’t saved your payment information you need to re-enrol your child for the coming term.
Gymnasts in WAG and MAG classes have been sent a timetable of training over the school holidays. The timetable is also available on the communications page.
Winter
It is definitely cold in Ballarat now! Winter is here. We ask that parents please make sure children are wearing warm clothing when they arrive at the gym. In most cases, they will be able to wear this for warm-up. However, please make sure any clothing your child is wearing during the class doesn’t have zips or buttons or anything that might damage the equipment. Long sleeve tops and leggings are great for training in cooler weather.
